I was to replace a PR who had started as a graduate but was poached by a client. Turns out there was the boss, the receptionist and two other PR pros. I quizzed the boss and he said he always lied about the size of the agency to convince potential clients he was good. Oh, and the girl I replaced? She was only there for 2 weeks! Turnover was huge!
